Roasted Garlic foccacia
I sometimes make foccacia for dinner to go with pasta or something soupy stewy meals. there are many different variation of foccacia out there but one of our family favorite is roasted garlic foccacia. simple but yummy!
here is what you need to do!
peel the papery skin part and cut the top off, drizzle some olive oil on it and rub all around
wrap it up and bake it in 400F oven for 30-35min
when done the garlic should pop out when you squeeze the bottom of the garlic bulb
while the garlic is roasting make the dough
3/4cup water
2 Tbsp olive oil
2Cups Bread Flour
1 Tbsp Sugar
1tsp salt
1-1/2 tsp yeast
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
make the dough in order of your bread machine manual.
take out the dough and roll it out thin. brush the top with olive oil, take out the garlic out of the bulb and place them to your liking, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese sprinkle some parsley for color and bake for 15-18 min.
YUM

Harvest Time Center Piece
Happy Thursday! This will be a quick post because I lost one of my last pairs of contact lenses last night and I have been wearing my glasses all day and now I have a HUGE headache!! Today I finally finished this basket I started in the fall and put down and forgotten about it because I didn't have 1/2" flat in brown. I finally dyed a small batch of brown and tossed some 1/2" flats and finished it!!! yay!! The pattern is from Suzanne Moore and you can find her pattern there. I didn't use maple strips for the curls but used very thin beautiful 3/8"Flats.
